The state of Tennessee has extended social distancing until August 29 for Corona-virus. Therefore, we made a decision to move the in person events to January 2021 and to start new with The Heart Way Training all over. Continuity of the process is essential for experiential work. Stay tuned for the upcoming dates. Please check with Dr. Patterson for information and date changes for her events.

The Heart Way Event II: Identification

This second event will bring the group focus to understanding the Intellectual Emotional Spiritual Physical (IESP) Aspects of the human experience. The IESP Model will provide an assessment of those aspects so you may begin to identify imbalances. You will learn to utilize breath, music and art so you may experience journey work. Together we will explore the Automatic Response System (ARE) to help you begin to recognize your reactive patterns and when you were imprinted. You will begin to notice the behaviors that you ARE because of the imprints. You will understand more of what it means to Become Embodied Spirit (BES), while learning the Human Experience.
